  • Gain hands-on experience learning the Technical Sales Engineer role and how we conduct business with our customers
  • Understand TI sales process and technical solutions
  • Learn to work with internal sales and reporting tools
  • Conduct market researches
  • Engage with TI’s business units and work within flex teams
  • Establish customer relationships and use technical expertise to identify opportunities
  • Understand customer applications and requirements to identify new opportunities
  • Propose TI based solutions and systems to solve customer problems
  • Leverage TI sales process to drive design- in to revenue


  • Studying in the field of electrical engineering, business
    administration engineering, embedded systems, sales
    management or related
  • Effectively bilingual (English and German) with excellent
    communication skills
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Ability to become fast acquainted with new tools, situations and key contacts within the company
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Enjoying working with people in a team to satisfy client
